Clough Elecnor Joint Venture – Engineer Procure Construct (EPC) Delivery of 4 x 330kV & 500kV HV transmission lines and 4 x HV Substations for Transgrid.

Review all tender documents and prepare the logistical Project Execution Plan for how to deliver the project across a worksite that was 780 km long. Strategically located camp, work and logistic hubs sites. Developed staff and labour transportation strategies and rosters. Selected logistics plant and equipment to efficiently load, unload and move materials about the transmission corridor.
